This is with reference to applicability of S.20 of Negotiable Instrument Act on cheques. S.20 is about inchoate Stamped Instrument....
The point is, in my humble opinion, the cheque is not a stamped instrument, so the S.20 should not be applicable to cheques at all. Still courts are letting the holders get benefit of blank cheque even though they have filled up the amount. Kindly share your views.

Yes, People like not born for one father will destroy the finance position of the person.
Its happenning me too now. Im suffering because of this cheque.
Can any one help me as still 15 days more there.
