My child was taken away from me when 1 year old by his mother. I have filed RCR and she has responded with cruelty and dissolution, and is threatening false 498a.
My question is: how do I seek custody and visitation until the child is 5? Should I file a separate case under GWA or an IA under HMA 26 added to the RCR that is pending in the courts?
