Good Day, I got divorced in India, My daughter is 12 years old living with her father in Oman. On the divorce papers it notifies the child is with me but the ex have got the list of things that he made me to sign it in force such as I never should ask the child back nor should ask for maintenance.
I am living in canada and they are living in Oman, Its been a struggle always to meet her. Her father never lets her to stay with me or visit me. She just visited me twice after the divorce in 5 years.Since I am far I request him to send her to the grandparents house in india but still he makes up some stories. Is there any way to help me out in regards of custody or visiting me.
Also there is one property in my daughter's name, I believe thats the reason he is holding her though the divorce papers says that she is with me. More over he also took the property which was on my name and my mom's name.
