Child custody when child physically present in abroad

Hi

I am the mother of a boy 10 + yrs old.  I have filed case in INdia for child custody.  But the child is with the father in Singapore.  Father is bigemy.  the judge is india is asking for judgement on jurisdiction to give cutody for the child who is in abroad.  I want such judgment copies.  the opposite side is exparte.
