My wife was expired by hanging and 306 is going on and my son is staying with his grand parents. They are not ready to hand over my son. Can i file a case for child custody? and we are staying different states. Can i file case in Bangalore where i am staying and is it necesaary to have address prof in Bangalore to file child custody
