My wife left me when she was pregnant. I was never allowed to see the child. I wanted to buy the some policy for child so I asked her for the child's birth certificate. When she didnt responded I went to municipal corporation and found that the birth certificate has been issued but without name. I name the child with family name and informed my wife. Based on the name I gave to my child I got a health insurance done for myself , my wife and my child. Later I found that she had got the name changed and the new name did not had my family name. I have no objection with name but if she's my daughter and she need maintennace from me then my daughter should have my family's name. How to get it done
