My name - R Kannan
Interim order received from family court for vistiation rights as my wife deserted me , took the 5 yr old son in 2007. Many attempts to make her understand and return to matrimony home failed. She file a false case against me on cruelty. Prevented me from seeing my son since then. Now Interim order given by family court for visitation rights in Aug 2011 that she has to bring my son to the court on every alternate sunday. But so far not even a single time she had brought the child except one time when the judge forced her to bring the child. I did not file contempt case against her hoping that she will abide by the court order sooner or later. But all my attempts failed. After that i had filed interim custody of the child as she had not obeyed the visitation order, but it was turned down by the court . pls help me how to spend time with my son atleast twice in a month as she is continuosuly spoling him and his studies .. can the court punish her for not obeying the order or can i apply to get the permanent custody as i am very worried about his career life about which she is not bothered now.
