Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Christian (Catholic) born and raised in India. My father had an affair and has 2 children with them. She is from Hindu religion. How will the succession act work for such type of case? His children from the other woman whom he had and affair and registered married. She is still a Hindu and my father is still a Christian. His children are married and they are married to Hindus and as per the Hindu religion.
How does this affect me and the succession law for Christians? The property is also my fathers self earned.
