Cibil is not updating their records even after bank replies

Hi

In my CIBIL report the data mentioned was wrong ,so i contacted bank and raised a dispute on CIBIL , Bank says there was no dues certificate and all the payments were made in correct time etc and they provided me the statement and a letter regarding the same and also they replied to CIBIL . But CIBIL people are not updating my records since then . I am contacting everyday CIBIL every time they said that we are prioritising the same but it never happening since 45 days . Is there any way we can sue/make them the correction ASAP .

This is urgent as whatever the data reported on my account were wrong.

Kindly help me , I do have evidance for the same.

Hello!

You need to serve legal notice to CIBIL (through an Advocate) along with copy marked to the RBI and financ minisrty to rasie your grievance to the highest level. This would help you to resolve your issues with CIBIL.

The Bank's job should not be over by issuing NCO alone.

The deficiency was the bank's end and bank alone has to get it done.

Although you have raised a dispute at CIBIL's website you may make th bank 1st party and escalate to Chairman and MD of the bank.
