Hi experts..
I need a reference to some CIC decision given on Ex-spouse marriage details.
There is a situation where ex-wife has filed a case for bigamy against her husband but he again persued the third marriage within this period.
So, she filed an RTI to get the details of his third marriage from Marriage registrar office in Delhi to present it to the hon'ble court.
PIO treated this as a third party.. and now the matter is pending for the First Appeal.
Can someone provide me some link where CIC has made any decision in such mariage cases. I can see some refereences of decisions of CIC in income details of the ex-spouse but not the marriage details.
This will be very helpful in making my point stronger in first appeal.
