Hi Sir, I have filed private complaint in court and Police registered FIR on 17.12.2014 the same. In 20 -03-2015 I filed RTI for Status of FIR and Circle Inspector (Investigation Officer) given reply saying "FIR has been transferred to the other place and point of Jurisdiction for further Investigation on 31.03.2015 . Again I filed RTI on 04.08.2015 for status of FIR and Circle Inspector (Investigation Officer) given reply saying FIR is under process to transfer to other place and pont of jurisidication on 10.08.2015 . Circle Inspector (Investigation Officer) is colluded with Accused and purposely doing delay and not arresting accused. Please advise shall I give complaint to DGP and SP on Circle Inspector (Public Information Officer). Please advise how to proceed with this. Thanks for your time.
