Can anyone suggest some citations for :
1. Quash of domestic violence case on grounds of Misuse of Law.
2. Counterblast to exixting cases.
3. Domestic Relationship not existing since a long time, at the filing of Domestic Violence case.
4. Case filed in wrong jurisdiction i.e. not filed at the place of alleged offences.

What for you need citations if your averments are true? Just move to High Court and argue the matter on its merits, it shall be considered positively.
