please can I have some citations of Supreme court on maintanability of suit for declaration in a civil court?

need it urgently. hope someone will help me.

judge wants citations on jurisdiction issue.  its a pure declaratory prayer with injunction (temp & permanent)  under sp. relief act r/w CPC. other side as usual raises preliminary issue reg. jurisdiction.  judge now wants citations from me reg. jurisdiction.

Declaration is coming under Specific Relief Act. Please  have a look . It is as easy  and usual as anthing .Nothing to worry to cite decisions from  Supreme court. The suit is civil nature. The civil court having  pecuniary jurisdiction  can try it.
