Citations required urgent

if  both the cases are in same court before same judge, make an application to club the both matters so that court time is not wasted.

make application, ask court to pass orders if the court rejects your application and grants stay.. you can challenge the order before high court and take suitable directions

Honble High court has passed an order on my request to dispose of GWA within 6 months 

and as a  counter reply to the GWA petition the respondent has challenged that both cannot run simultaniously hence GWA should be STAYED

in view of latest  may i request for advice from the learned guys out here
