Citi abnk Fradulent activities

Citibank uses unfair and fradulent aactiveties to make their consumers fool. They mislead their consumers and promise a lot but deliver nothing. I had car loan with citibank with i paid off last year. Thet lost my cheques issued to them and they charged me late fees on my cra loan account. When i contact citi they Apologized the error and promised that they will take off the late fees however they didn;t do it and reported my account as written off with late fees to CIBIL however i have paid off the account with no outstanding and citibank didn't fulfill there promise of reversing the late fees And now asking more money which is day robbery.

If you have the records i.e

1.Receipt of cheques which are said to be lost by the bank.

and if you have received any communication vide which the bank has informd you loss of cheques and has asked for the payment by other mode.

 

2.on which date you had represented to whom for reversing late fee, wrongly charged by the bank.

The calls are recorded by the bank and a unique docket number is issued to the customer.

You can repreent to the bank citng all relevant details and that despite loss of cheques in the custody of the bank,by the bank , M/s Citibank has defamed you.

While they should have aplogised for their  seriously lapse and having miserably failed in performing their duty.

you can ask them to correct the error and isue a copy of your credit report with CIBIL and it should be clean.

The bank has to correct the error or you cal lodge your greivance with BO or Consumer forum.

You may show all record to yur lawyer and your lawyer may advice you to file defamation.
