one of my cliens purchased a land basing on GPA with survey no.131 with boundaries as per existing
But hecame to know that the survery no was wrongly mentioned as 131 instead of 29 which is having the same boundaries. Please confirm whether he can get the legal possession of the land having boundaries with survery no.29 instead of 131 which was wrongly mentioned. Kindly cite the cases relavent to the boundaries to substantiate the legal liability for the survey no.29.
