Mr. A runs a restuarant at 1st floor of a building. Mr. Z runs a shop at ground floor of the same building.The building has a common place where electricity meters of all shops situated in the building  are installed. Mr . Z without informing to Mr. A  took the connection of electricity directly from the main of Mr.A's meter. Mr. A on seeing high electricity bill called an electrician to check the line and found the abovestated misdeed. Mr. Z remove the connection from Mr. A and apologised from Mr. A infront of others. The Electricity is supplied by Cesc and Restuarant is situated at howrah, WB. What Legal action Mr. A can take now?  What action Mr.A can take if the metre were registered in the name of his deceased father ?Answer giving reference of case study if any.

Legally there is a permitted load on every meter, and it Mr Z has tamperred with your electricity meter you can make a written complaint before the official of the electricity and compell the official to act under the indian electricity act calling for penal consequences.
