Civil case since 1986

My case for eviction of tenant was filed in 1986 in the civil court of Bangalore. After numerous deaths and judgments, the case finally appeared in the High Court of Karnataka in 2007. The last hearing was in August of 2017. After bribing/greasing of hand, the file was retrieved and case got posted for hearing again in April 2018. The next hearing is slated for June 2018. At each hearing, the opposite lawyer is able to adjourn the case by buying time for some reason. Will anyone be able to tell me when this case would probably get over or if there is any way to speed up the case. Right now it is in Orders stage, but that has been the case for the last few years. Thankful to everyone who replies.

No body can tell. You can oppose the adjournment and if you are senior citizen then bring this fact to the knowledge of court and thus you can speedup the case.
