Sir,
My one civil is running in district court (for employment bond broken) , which is made against me and court has given order to pay all the amount . but i do not want to pay the amount and to do appeal in higher court. So kindly advice, if court given the order to pay the amount, is it final judgement or i should wait for that . Because i want to appeal in higher authority.
