Process was not paid. Suit is dismissed for default means?
1) what is that process not paid means court fee?
2) can they set aside dismissed suit?
not sure our opposition wantedly delayin the case.

Suit is dismissed as process court fees not paid. So fresh suit can be filed as per limitaiton of suit.
