in case for a civil suit case for immovable property in district court, can additional facts be added in the final argument writeup by my advocate.
especially when we discoverd several forgery and facts while in the court of the cas .or is the arugemnt limited only to what is stated in the plaint and chief affidavit of the plaint
please advise
