Husband has Ex-parte RCR date next week where claim affidavit and other documents needs to be submitted. Instead of stating each para from the petition in the affidavit is it possible for husband to take a printout of the petition and attach the affidavit mentioning all contents of the petition are correct and drafted under his instructions? Secondly, there was no serious allegations/issues made in RCR petition so not much documents are available to prove. Hence as part of other documents can he just take a printout of his childrens birth certificate and submit them.
