Hello Everybody,
Around 3 years back, a Wife gets a little more than 50% during her Divorce from her Husband. They get seperated and the money is paid by mutual consent by the Husband to the Wife.
Today, if the Lady wishes to re-marry a Third person, is the ex-Husband legally eligible to claim compensation from Wife for the money he paid during Divorce ?
Is the Lady liable to pay any amount to her ex-Husband if she wishes to re-marry?

You can not bind the person forever just because you have paid a compensation.

Everything is over... Advice the ex-hd to live happily ignoring the money paid.. If ex-wife marries another man, then it is double pleasure...

money once paid is hard to be recovered back again..
..best to forget about the whole thing and find means to substitute the amount paid by working more hard in life in a way to deal with it best.
