Claim on ancestral property, etc.

my father inherited a substantial estate from my grandfather, who gave certain assets to my grandmother and some directly to my father. My grandmother created a will dividing the assets in her control between her children.

now due to a dispute with my father, i wish to obtain a share in the ancestral property which he is denying. what are my legal options? what is the extent of my right to property that he never accumulated.

additionally, can i lay claim on bank accounts, etc. that have funds based on income earned from those assets?

i also have two sons- do they have rights in addition to mine? any references to case law and/or sections, etc. will be very helpful.
