We have an EP pending in the district court since last 2 years ! in these 2 years opposite party didn't showup in the court by self or any representation !
finally EP is on our favor and before releasing the registration order from court they filed and claim petition on EP ,
and again they started playing , there is no representation from their side by dragging the case in court !
what are the options available for us at this point to get close the claim petition ?
how many time still they can avoid skipping the court sessions without any representation ?
how might be their motive by avoiding the facing court ?
