Hi,
My father had a locker in sbi without nominee. Now we three(myself, mom, sister) wants claim the locker from the bank. we have all documents like legal heir and death certificate.
But my sister resides in abroad currently. Is it possible to get any power of attorney from my sister in favour of my mom and execute the claim without her presence.
please let me know the procedures.
