Claims on residential plot by the legal heirs

I appreciate the expert views on the below mentioned topic:

I had bought a residential plot of 40x60 ft from a non-NA land property in Bangalore in 2010. The property is under b-katha of BBMP & all taxes paid as on date. We are the 5th subsequent owners of the plot.

The background of the land: The original piece of 4 acre land was owned by X person in 1979 and the X person had 5 children 4 male and a female, In 1992 post the death of X,  all his 5 children divided legally the property equally.

One of the children Y (FIRST OWNER)  in 1992-93 had sold his part of the property to person Z (SECOND OWNER) and the sale dead even mentions that post the sale Y or his legal heirs shall claim no right on the property.

In 95-95 the property was sold by person Z to person A (THIRD OWNER).

In 2003-4 person A sold the property to person B (FOURTH OWNER)

and finally the person B sold the property me (FIFTH OWNER) in 2010 and since then we own the property.

The issue: Now the legal heirs of person Y have put case on us claiming that the property belongs to them. I feel helpless though I believe strongly in our legal system,  so please help us in knowing my legal rights.

If they have partitioned the property by registered deed, then u have a good chance, on the contrary you have to prove the validity of sale is valid one.
