Sir,
One of the Govt. Organisation had called for pharmacist post with the qualification of 10+2 .
Basically that qualification does not exist in India and the correct qualification is 10+2+2.3
I applied for that job and got appointed, but they have given me the ITI cadre Salary i.e.. 1900Gp
But they have to give diploma cadre salary i.e.. 4200GP
Now after becoming aware of the Diploma cadre salary,I asked that Organisation for the Upgradation of the salary for which they are telling that u had accepted the terms and condition during appointment so you are not entitled for that but the advertised qualification does not exist at all. So the advertisement is itself wrong.
How can I proceed with this problem. Is there any judgement copy for this case. Please post.
