Clarification

sir 

two trees were threat to my home 

panchayath ordered to remove the same 

but neighnour kept one as it is 

two days back our area parry workers and friends cut down the life threating coconut tree, since the neighbour is not doing the same and threating.

today police called both the party and police taken the say of neighbour. 

they charged a case under section 47 and 27 

how serious the matter and how to proceed as neighbour is a gangster.

may guide me

Which act are you referring to here in your query seeking clarification

If the police has registered FIR then it would be advisable that you obtain anticipatory bail and then challenge the same in trial proceedings

but panchayath ordered cutting this long back.  he supposoed to do but his ego, money power muscle power. make him rude.   also his relarions are in police department and try to divert the inner truth.

You were not su[ppoused to fell the tree as that was not order of court. You have done an offence and it is better to settle the matter with your neighbour. that was not your property but belonged to your neighbour ;
