Hi Sir, All incidents happen in ‘A’ Place (My place only) . My place is ‘A’ place and Circle inspector place is ‘B’ Place. I have given complaint at ‘A’ Place and ‘B’ Place on Circle Inspector and In laws to SP and DGP for asking money and harassment including with evidence in ‘A’ place and ‘B’ Place.
But ‘B’ place Sub divisional police officer sent negative investigation report to ‘B’ Place Local SP and ASP saying that there is no truth and all false allegations and fabricated allegations and take further action. All incidents happen in ‘A’ Place (My place only. But My ‘A’ place local SP Didn’t do any investigation.
- Shall I file private complaint in ‘A’ Place court? Because If I file case in ‘B’ place court it will be influenced by ‘B’ Place circle inspector. If so Shall I include ‘B’ Place investigation report in ‘A’ Place court. Please advise. Thanks for ur support.
