Clarification on mental cruelty

My divorce petition has been dismissed . I have projected the following as mental cruely shown by my wife while living with me and also leaving from my home. I need suggestions about the points highlighted as mental cruelty or not.The points are below.

  1. 1.Separated from me for more than 8 years and no contact between us apart from seeing each other at court premises.

  2. .      After filing a GWOP for my daughter at family court, She has been admitted in the hospital at a critical stage and I have been informed 5 days after the admission in hospital and just an hour before my daughter’s death.

  3. Not filing any case against my divorce petition with a claim to live together.
  4. Mental torture in the form of suicide threat.

Kindly help me , which one belongs to mental cruelty as per family law.

You appear to be badly upse and had not been able to explain agony clearly.  take some time be cool and then say.

All the grounds what you have mentioned here relates to mental cruelty that you were made to suffer .

You can prefer an appeal against the decision.

Before that you should confirm that if you have clearly made the pleadings in your divorce petition as what you have narrated here and also obtain a second opinion from a local lawyer by producing the copy of the petition as well as the copy of the judgment..
