Clarrification

Assume A is plaintiff and B is Respondant. As per a registered will and as per two affidavitts drafted by an advocate A and B took possession of respective area which is divided as per will by a dividing line in house and enjoying since 1996 .The will was probated during 2014 and no one contested,The will clearly states a dividing line in a house and urban land tax to be paid by indivituals .But plaintiff interprets will differantly and states it is only for the house and open areas are common and fils suit in 2014 .Now the suit has been taken up Does the court goes through documents and award judgement as per law or awards judgements as exparty if respondant is absent judgement is given as per law and documents or exparty if not it is not attended by respindant
