Classification of minimum wages

Dear Sirs / Madam,

We are very confused as to what category our activities fall into hence we dont know what minimum salaries we need to pay. Let me explain:

we do resharpening of drills (drills for making holes in any material) our activity is 100% purely JOB WORK and we are not a manufacture. the drills come to us already used and blunt we then sharpen and return to the customer. I cannot find anwhere in the minimum wages act our type of activity. Can you please help to clarify this matter? we recruit anyone for doing this work and they do not need any qualification for working with us as no previous skills or studies is required. please once again can anone help us.

thanking you for your time

best regards

Agnelo

In your case the workman would fall under unskilled category - how many people you engage!
