Hello Everyone,
My father had purchased a 200SqYd plot in Tattiannaram village Hayathnagar mandal, in Survey 65,66,67/1,67/2, which belonged to 5 persons.The sale deed is made on a GPA basis and the land owners have made the required signatures 5 of them in 1987 for GPA.But now in 2013 their grand children claim that one of them have not made the signatures and some part of the land belongs to them, can anyone suggest how to deal the issue

Your father purchased Plot 200 sq. yards, through G.P.A. in the year 1987 at Hyathnagar, Ranga Rddy District diffrent survey numbers mentioned. A peson claiming that he is the owner of your Plot and you obtain Perpetual Injunction from the court restraing the person who is claiming as one of the owners of land. Cell No.9290673693.
