Go to the lawyer who has handled the divorce case of your mother and demand the papers from him.

If your father has got ancestral property then only you can claim your share in it by way of filing partition suit in the court. You cannot claim anything from his self acquired property during his lifetime.

Ganesh after reading your story i feel very sad , it is a shame in the name of a father and humanitism , it is a joint responsibility of mother and father to take care of their child, before going for any step you do one thing first obtain your mothers divorce decree for that you must know which court had passed the divorce decree, case no , date of decision , now write an application in the name of that court , give case no , name of parties (your father and mothers name) , sec . U/s ..... of hma. , write respected Sir the applicant needs the certified copies of the above decided case on dated .............. below applicant ( name and sign . of your mother ) , affix the requisite court fee on the application and submit it in the family courts office , or you can take help of a local lawyer of your area he will provide you the certified copies of yours mothers divorce by charing a nominal fees , read the divorce decree and then think further strategy.

Hi Ganesh...

Why you want to teach a lesson to your father and grand father? Why are you dependent on their property for your survival? If you want to raise your self respect, you have to earn for yourself. If you do that, then you can teach some good lesson to your father and grandfather. Your mother also will feel proud of you.

If your mother has already obtained divorce with a settlement amount, the relationship is over. Why do you want money from a relationship that is over?

Make your mother proud by earning yourself.
