Clients' misconduct & non payment of fees

Dear Friends, Now a days clients are more wiser than the poor advocates. If the client misconduct with the advocate and does not pay his fees and if he uses the advocates as instrumental before the court, any remedy lies against it ? if so what are that remedies by way of civil and criminal actions. Kindly analyse and let me know.

Your case appears to among the rarest of the rare cases.

Advocate is bound to create a healthy bond between him and his clients. It is an art to be studied by observing human behavior. If the client requires your service, you must collect your fee. You know, once you become an expert and wanted, people start Q before your house for your service with basket full of money..
