Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are a pvt. ltd. company having 3 shops with the same name. Now due to meeting unreasonable demands from the labour and the trade union, one of the 3 units have become near loss making units. So kindly guide me through the correct procedure of shutting down that specific unit without disrupting the work in the other two units. Kindly state if there are any extra benefits that need to be paid to the employees.
P.S. Our employees are enjoying all the statutory benefits like PF, ESI and gratuity along with 35 leaves in a year.
