Co-opperative society ltd to pvt ltd converson

Is it possible to convert a Co-operative Society Ltd (registered under West Bengal co-operative society act 1983) to a Pvt.Ltd company? What will be the right procedure to do that

Yr Q:

Is it possible to convert a Co-operative Society Ltd (registered under West Bengal co-operative society act 1983) to a Pvt.Ltd company? What will be the right procedure to do that

Ans: Co-op Society Act, Regn  duties are totally different from Pvt Ltd Company. U r advised to apply for formation of Pvt Ltd Co. , taking help of CA.
