My flat is co-owned by me and my husband. For many years the society secretary has been insisting on issuing a maintenance receipt only in my husband’s name even though we have written a joint letter to him to issue a receipt in both our names. Please let me know how I can make him give a receipt that has both our names on it, Which bylaw has this provision?
