Hello Everybody,
I have finalized a property to buy in Chembur Mumbai, however the property is on Collectors land and Bank where i have applied for home loan is asking for Collectors NOC for loan disbursement. I read an article in a website about honorable high court order that states that Collector cannot provide NOC. It would be great if i could get some expert opinion on this.
