Myself and my Wife own 2 individual plots but adjacent to each other. We plan to construct a house in the middle considering it as a common plot. The survey numbers of each of the plots are different.
- Will I get approval of House plan, if not combined?
- Will I get loan approval, if not combined?
- Do I need to combine the Plots legally before construction?
- If yes, what is the process for amalgamation in case of different ownership?
- Any specific / related advice?
