Commercial activities in residential soecity

hi sir. we have total 12 memebrs in registered residenttial society. however out of the one member has moved out and in his own flat he has starte software company, without even any permission. All kind of people come there and it has created lots of nuisnace in our building. anohter lady runs the beauty parlor which is also big nuisenace as too many ladies keep coming and it has become hedeche for every one. wat action we can take a socitety. after sending the official notice form socity the person with software comoapny has not even accpted the official notice from socity/. what we r supposed to do furhter ? another question while it will take some time for all these people to vacate these kind of commerical activities how much manteinance charges maximum we can charge to them? from socity side? one more question, charging the meintance to them does it mean that we have agreed with their business in the soecity, under this impression so far we not charged them any maintenance charges. pleas guide thanks in advance

Only If the society papers prohibit commercial places. If it does, send a couple of more legal notice, via regiistered post, e- mail....

 

What does the society paper state about the expulsion of a member???
