in karnataka ,builder sells the commercial property with approved drawing from corporation
later when he wants to hand over the building to owners association he manages all the extra construction and deviation to the tune of 35 percent to the orginal approved drawing with land right apprproiation to extended construction.
where akrama sakrama not done
how to accept the building and what are the implication to the rights of holders on the deviations.
as the builder is so planned of deviation and granted the land rights including the deviations
and building is 5years now after sale of units to indivisuals,
