Committee dissolution due to no quorum

In our society there is no quorum, but secretary run the society with the help of chairman, treasure. In this AGM the member not allowed secretary to take AGM and demand the resignation. But committee don’t listen to members. So member write letter and announced those who wish to dissolve the committee please sign and all this recorded in AGM and out of 120 , 68 member signed and rest left when there is argument between member and committee took place. We have submitted letter to registrar and want to know legal and by byelaws how can we dissolve the committee. . Pls advice. They have not filed the position from last 1 year and trying to take AGM without quorum.
