Yes. Compassionate appointment is a privilege to the deceased family who is a hardship to their livelihood but not a right. Your elder brother already separated after marriage. But is he employed? the rest of two who is employed and who is unemployed?

Since both of brothers (eleder as well as younger) are stated to be employed, why do you not apply for compassionate job, if you are unmarried and dependant on your mother/ brothers ?
