Commpasinate Grounds Job No Objection Affidavit

Hello Kindly suggest me on the compassionate job of my father expired 6months back and we are 3 dependents in the family Mother 50 years, elder Brother, younger brother, Elder brother married and separated from family and younger brother married staying with parents now the problem is both brothers wants to do the job mother supporting to Younger brother suggest how to process the compassionate job to younger brother without elder brother sign on no objection affidavit please help us.

What is your status? Are you married and/or employed? Moreover, compassionate appointment is only a concession, not a right.

Yes. Compassionate appointment is a privilege to the deceased family who is a hardship to their livelihood but not a right. Your elder brother already separated after marriage. But is he employed? the rest of two who is employed and who is unemployed?

Thanks for the quick update both brothers married and employed in private companies elder brother is selfish he not even look over his family separated so the reason being mother rejected to elder son.

Suggest can only mother no objection affidavit can works for elder son job without elder son aggrement signature.

Since both of brothers (eleder as well as younger) are stated to be employed, why do you not apply for compassionate job, if you are unmarried and dependant on your mother/ brothers ?
