Dear sir,
I had joined a company named Pensamedia Solutions Pvt Ltd. Just one month prior, company was well established and had more then 700 Employees Pan India, Suddenly we all employee got the mail from an owner that "I Am Unable to pay salary to you all, best of luck for your career" now we all from Zonal Managers to Front line employees didnt get a salary as well as any clear termination too from the owner, now we are having company utilities like laptop and other utilities, now what should we do next? can we sale these utilites and get our money or not? or can we put a FIR against owner or not? or what should we do??? please guide ASAP
