I am writing this forum for my uncle,
He was worked in a company (XYZ) as a weldor for morethan 2 years. Due to some personnel reson he left the orginization at 1980 and he doesnot have any PF No or salary slip or any other documents.
Also he was transferd all his previos PF to this company PF account.
Now he was tried to contact with the XYZ company for PF details, But they are not able to find the details since it is very old.
Kindly let us know the process for wihdrawing the PF.

unless they have evaded/embezzseled his PF they are bound to have account No and they are bound have have is name in form/ 6A for each year and for 3A on him and would have deposited the same in PF office. He can seek the same under RTI from PF Office and can also seek if his PF has been deposited, if ye ho9w much amount, . He can submit a complaint under section 7A to the RPFC if his PF has been evaded.
