Company forcefully blame to me

Actually company in which i have working they delivered the laptop after a month of usage there is an issue so inform IT engineer as per him laptop need to be replaced so need to courier as i packed laptop perfectly . But received the call from manager that you have delivered broken laptop. need to pay repair cost as there no fault from my side
