Company hold bonus

I had worked in listed company from dec -2014 to june -2016 and i left in july -2016.compnay give me letter of aanual performance bonus.till date when i left there is no performance review was done by the company .there is not a single rupee bonus amount given to me by the company. Should i am liable for 1 yead bonus for past fin.year till march -2016.? I left company after giving 1 month notice. Pls suggest me what should i do. Thanks in advance
