Compassinate appointment

Sir

My name is kiishore,

my father worked as typist in hr & ce, due to illness he passed away on 2008

and i have applied on compassinate ground appoinment in hr & ce.

in my order commissioner of hr & ce stated " fUiz kw;Wk; thupR mbg;gilapYk; fy;tpj;jFjp mbg;gilapYk; gad;gLj;jpf;nfhs;s mDkjp toq;fg;gl;Ls;sJ."

Executive officer of the temple appointed me as juniour engineer on 2010.

i have completed Diploma.

after 3.5 years now some one as put complient on me for appoinment

commissioner of hr & ce now moving file to depromote me as office assistant

please give ur suggestions. if i have go the court my case will win?......

irst of all you are not indicating whether it was a Govt employment.

Then you are not indicating what as the complaint.

If it is govt job then you have not indicated on whcih GP you were appointed and on which GP you are being reverted.
